There are many blogs like this one. Blogs that faithfully record a family’s favourite meals so that there is a one central place for everyone to go to get the definitive recipe for that favourite dish.
I am sure most of them started like this one – on the night before our son Theo went off to University. Having made him his all time favourite meal of Homemade Fried Fish and Chips, we know that from tomorrow he needs to fend for himself! And on a budget to boot!
So here goes, like Jor-El imparting his knowledge onto crystals, I hope to build up a database that reflects our family’s tastes and heritage for Theo and Hannah to impart to their respective families in years to come.
